Who is an agent?
An agent is an employee working in the support that uses UseDesk. For example, if you have 5 employees that communicate with the customers and/or contact the colleagues with UseDesk, you will need a service package for 5 agents.

An agent can be given an extended (admin) or regular access to the system.
What happens when the free trial period is over?
When a trial period ends, you will be able to select a pricing package and a method of payment. If UseDesk does not meet your needs, no worries — you do not have to pay.
We already use another system; can you help to move everything to UseDesk?
Of course, we will help you to move and setup UseDesk so that it suits you. No stress, no hassle.
What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay by credit or debit card or via a wire transfer from the company's bank account.
Can we sign a contract?
Yes, we can send you a contract and discuss its terms with your lawyer and accountant, if needed.
We need help with initial setup and implementation, is it something you can do?
Absolutely! We can help with even more:

1. Audit of your processes – we review how it works now, identify the areas to be optimized, and draw diagrams.
2. We help to connect all the communication channels you use.
3. Setup request filtering for different groups.
4. We add automation rules and response templates to UseDesk.
5. We provide training to your employees who are going to implement UseDesk in their work.

The minimum package is 20 hours or 50,000 rubles. Usually, this covers complete configuration of the system and training of 5-7 employees.
Do we need to have an IT department to install UseDesk?
No. Cloud-based UseDesk does not require IT involvement to implement it. You work with UseDesk in a web-browser, just like with a regular website. All you need is Internet connection.
Do you provide training?
UseDesk interface is easy to use as it is not overloaded with buttons and links. Usually, it takes just 30 minutes for a new user to understand how it works. Admin users are provided with a knowledge base that contains articles explaining the service details and setup specifications. If you need any further assistance — we are more than happy to help.
Do you offer an ongoing support? What if we have questions regarding UseDesk?
Yes, we reply to questions quickly — by email, live chat, social networks or instant messengers. If something goes wrong, we are available any time, day and night.
